Malika Seddi is Director of International Affairs and Customer Services in ASFA. Engaged in the toll industry for 25 years, she is deeply involved in the ASECAP (Association for toll motorway operators in Europe), IBTTA (Worldwide association for the owners and operators of toll facilities and industry), ERTICO (ITS Europe), and PIARC (Wold road Association) representing ASFA members' interests. Chairman of permanent committee of ASECAP dealing with road safety and sustainable development, member of the PIARC committee road safety , of the board of France's PIARC branch, of the European program committee, and road sector platform of ERTICO - ITS EUROPE, communication team leader of the Arc Atlantique project for the development of harmonised ITS services, involving 7 European countries, and she is board member of IBTTA.

Martin Knopp is Associate Administrator for Operations Federal Highway Administration. He was appointed as the Associate Administrator for Operations in January 2017. In this capacity, he provides national leadership for the management and operation of the surface transportation system, and is responsible for FHWA's efforts in the areas of congestion management, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Deployment, traffic operations, emergency management, and freight management and operations. Prior to this, Martin served as the Director of Field Services (DFS) since November 2012 for the northeast region overseeing the corporate responsibilities of 13 Federal-aid Division offices in the northeast that include 264 employees and over $8 Billion in Federal-aid new funding annually. As one of four DFS leaders covering the Federal-aid across the country, the DFS supervise the Division Administrators and serve as a field deputy for the Executive Director as well as members on the agency's Leadership Team.

Bernard Jacob is graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He leads the research programme on infrastructure of ISTTAR. He was Technical Director for Road Safety and Operation, and head of the division for road operation signs and lighting with LCPC. He has expertise in bridge safety, traffic loads on road bridges, heavy vehicle load measurement and overload detection and control, road operation and safety and vehicle trajectories, traffic monitoring and measurement. He is vice-president Science of the International Society for WIM (ISWIM), member of the board of the International Forum for Road Transport Technology (IFRTT), and French secretary of the PIARC technical committee CT2-3 on Freight Transport. He was the leader of the COST323 action and the Europen project WAVE, on WIM.

Marko Jandrisits is Programme on Cooperative Systems and Services within ASFINAG, the Austrian road operator of the high level road network. He is delegated to ASECAP, European Association of operators of toll road infrastructures, where he is chairing the permanent working group on ITS. He has a 15 years' experience in the field of road ITS and is contributing to the standardisation of C-ITS applications, the EC C-ITS implementation platform and is an active member of the C-ROADS initiative.

Olivier Quoy Graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, has worked for the French department of transport on various positions in charge of infrastructure project (in Besançon, Strasbourg and Paris) until 2015 when I joined Atlandes. I worked for the French railways on stations of the high speed line Paris-Strasbourg in 2001-2002 and was in charge of the French national heavy good vehicle charging scheme from 2007 to 2015. He is now Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by Atlandes, the concessionnaire company of A63 motorway in the south west of France (Bordeaux area), operating 104 km from Salles to Saint-Geours-de-Marenne
